Purple Sky Student Program

Are you looking for a student internship or placement? Are you looking for a place where you will be supported throughout your learning process? To take all the stuff you have learned at school and actually put it into practice?

We have developed a specialized student intern training program and invite you to join us.

We are looking for students passionate about becoming highly skilled in therapeutic skills, trauma modalities and understanding the complexities of humans.

Our program offers:

  • Individual and Group Supervision

    • Case Consultation and Support

    • Support on how to complete and do the therapist paperwork requirements

    • Hands on Experience with diagnosis, assessment and therapy toolbox

  • Monthly In-depth Trauma and EMDR Consultation

  • Monthly Deep Dive Trainings

  • Student Training Library

    • Specific Trainings to help you become a highly skilled therapist

      • DBT, ACT, Trauma, Therapeutic Relationship, Boundaries, Toolbox, Diagnosis, Play Therapy, Couples, Attachment, Addictions, Eating Disorders, etc.

      • These trainings are put together by Specialists currently working in the field with need to know information and tools to use with your clients

    • All past Deep Dive Trainings

  • Student Stipends

  • AAMFT Approved Supervision

We are seeking 2nd year interns or 1st year interns with experience in the therapy field.

We can accept graduate students in the following programs - Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counselors.
